Gold LEED Certified

Under our General Construction contract we built all the Terminal offices for the new $1 billion Indianapolis Airport. To achieve LEED points, we sourced millwork to a supplier who could document the raw lumber had been harvested from a sustainable forest, tracked down local sources for other items and managed the documentation and record-keeping that are also an essential component of a LEED certification.
