ProSafety™

Jungclaus-Campbell developed ProSafety™ out of necessity because we regularly perform complex and dangerous work.

ProSafety™ is a comprehensive safety program consisting of these key elements:

• Training. Our Field Safety School educates and reinforces industry standards and best practices. Every employee is required to have completed the OSHA 10-hour course in Construction Safety & Health.

• Planning. Every job starts with a detailed ProSafety™ plan. This is an analysis of the job’s unique hazards and challenges, activity-by-activity.

• Inspection. Including project-specific and random safety surveys, equipment and machine checklists, and daily logs of hazardous work, such as trenching & excavation: these are tools for employees to identify and correct potential hazards.

• Involvement. With ProSafety™ every employee works as a Safety officer.

• Relentless improvement. Because Safety is not just a way of doing things but also a state-of-mind, there are always opportunities for individual and collective improvement.

ProSafety™ integrates perfectly with Safety programs in industrial plants and is a key component of Jungclaus’s ability to deliver lower total project costs.
