Values

ProQuality™

Our ProQuality™ QA/QC program anticipates and eliminates problems and conflicts among trades.

It does this by planning Quality up front, when it counts, and documenting Quality every step of the way.

These steps include:

  • Careful review of the drawings and specifications with a focus on potential design challenges, such as a new material or system, or design problems that we have encountered before.

  • QA/QC meetings with all trades before the work begins. We look at the whole job, activity-by-activity, and review the best practices for each. This is when subcontractors tell us their concerns.

  • Preliminary, intermediate, and final inspections. Documenting Quality brings accountability to the entire project team.

ProPlanning™

ProPlanning™ is our disciplined approach to job managment that takes critical-path scheduling to the next level.

A combination of scheduling and a focus on all the factors that make a schedule successful, ProPlanning™ begins with an extensive pre-job meeting.

Here we review the scope of work, specific work conditions, performance requirements, including Safety requirements, and the schedule itself.

We use Primavera software to build our critical-path schedules. Subcontractors are systematically involved from the beginning.

We are accustomed to projects, especially in industrial plants, where the scope enlarges and schedules are simultaneously compressed. ProPlanning™ tools such as day-by-day schedules allow us to meet these challenges with success.

ProTraining™

Our ProTraining™ program is a knowledge base for the technical details and best practices of construction.

Jungclaus field employees are expected to meet a very high standard of craftsmanship, cooperation, and Safety. They get there with the help of ProTraining™.

Safety training follows OSHA guidelines and ranges from how to use our proprietary checklists, to competent-person training in fall protection, scaffolding, and trenching & excavation, to certification in forklifts, aerial lifts and powder-actuated tools.

The construction industry’s rapid innovation in materials, building systems, and equipment means that the field is working with new products on every project. We make sure that our field employees have the proper training to use these products correctly and Safely.

ProPartnering™

ProPartnering™ privileges good working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other contractors above all else.

Construction Partnering is a structured process that brings a design and construction team together regularly throughout the life of a project.

Partnering provides a space for communication, improved strategy, and issue resolution. Over time, partnered teams build trust, a reliable predictor of high performing teams.

Through Partnering, fragmented teams coalesce and unify around a shared objective: successful project delivery.

Equal Opportunity

Jungclaus-Campbell is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

We actively make good faith efforts to solicit participation from Minority, Woman, Veteran, and Disabled-owned firms (XBEs) on all projects.  In the Public bid market, we strive to exceed State, City, and Municipal involvement goals.

We do this during the bid process through general advertising and direct communication to XBE firms, by helping XBE firms access and understand bid documents, by unbundling work scopes and bid packages into manageable sizes, and by providing technical assistance where feasible.  We try to think creatively to bring as many XBEs onboard our projects as possible.

Jungclaus-Campbell is a Signatory Contractor Member of the Indiana Plan for Equal Employment, a recruitment and training program that expands opportunities for minorities and women in the construction industry.
