Brett Richards

PRESIDENT

Brett graduated from Franklin College while serving in the Indiana Army National Guard and started at Jungclaus-Campbell in the field as a Laborer.  Over the course of 30 years, he has worked his way to the top, filling the roles of Vice President, Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager, and Field Superintendent.  Brett brings his broad range of hands-on and business experience to the estimating table and operations of Jungclaus every day.

Bill Nagler

VICE PRESIDENT

Bill is a sixth-generation owner of Jungclaus-Campbell. A graduate of the University of Vermont, he has spent over 15 years in the construction industry. Bill’s roles include senior management, project management, Safety Director, business development, and managing our historic property development, the Jungclaus Mill.

Lulu Rose

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Lulu holds a degree in Accounting from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.  Construction has always been at the heart of her career.  Starting at Jungclaus-Campbell in AP/Payroll and mentored as Assistant to the Controller, she is now CFO and Company Secretary.
